About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow a territory by developing strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored fluid power solutions that drive value for customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities, and technical sales discussions
  • Provide consultative solutions leveraging WIT’s hydraulic, pneumatic, and engineered system capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver customer proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right solutions
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities through CRM platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, OR equivalent industry experience
  • Fluid Power certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Strong background in solution-based or consultative selling
  • Experience developing sales proposals, presentations, and account plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, mechanical systems, electrical controls, or PLCs is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a customer-facing sales environment
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting team success
