About the role
- Own and grow a defined sales territory in the Syracuse and surrounding areas
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business and account growth
- Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, cold calling, needs assessment, presentations, quoting, and closing
- Serve as a trusted advisor—connecting customers with Perfection Servo’s repair and remanufacturing expertise
- Leverage CRM tools and sales resources to manage pipeline, activity, and territory strategy
- Collaborate closely with experienced customer service and technical support teams to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in related field OR a 2-year technical degree preferred
- 1+ year of industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services or technical solutions
- Experience in selling repair services for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components is a strong plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently in the field
- Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications
- Valid driver’s license; overnight travel may be required
- Regular customer visits in industrial environments, ability to stand and walk throughout the day
- Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs
