- Own and execute the hydraulic sales strategy for mobile and industrial markets
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals and product managers
- Strengthen and expand strategic supplier partnerships

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within industrial or mobile hydraulics
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications
- Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution
- Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and team members
