About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead 360-degree communications strategies for high-stakes public affairs and crisis accounts
- Advise senior leadership, founders, and boards through high-pressure situations, legal challenges, and industry shifts
- Leverage national news, business, policy, and digital-first media contacts to architect narratives
- Guide real-time digital crisis strategy using social algorithms, viral sentiment, and emerging platforms

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 10 years of experience in public affairs, crisis communications, or corporate reputation
- Proven track record leading major national and international accounts
- Ability to develop big-picture strategy and lead tactical response teams
- Mastery of writing and presenting
- Ability to translate complex legal or policy issues into compelling narratives
- Curiosity and desire to help build the agency’s future
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and accountability
- Ability to manage the financial and administrative health of multiple high-profile accounts
- At least 4 years of previous management experience
