About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop creative event and activation concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10+ years of agency-side experience in experiential marketing, event production, and account leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-client festival footprints, large-scale consumer activations and high level private events
  • Proven ability to manage budgets of $500k+, negotiate complex vendor contracts, and develop sophisticated spatial and activation strategies
  • Exceptional ability to manage internal account teams, foster seamless cross-departmental and client collaboration
  • A strong existing network of production companies and trusted event related vendors as well as brand contacts
  • Experience in sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships and co-marketing integrations is highly preferred
  • A strong desire to learn and grow with the company and the brand integration team
