Key responsibilities & impact

Lead account teams and manage projects from start to finish across a diverse roster of 4–6 clients
Act as the bridge between earned media, social strategy, and talent integration
Build impactful, trusting relationships with clients
Leverage an extensive, multi-vertical media network for placements
Plan and execute media-specific events
Lead new business meetings and craft proposals
Proactively mentor and teach junior staff
Prioritize transparency and trust in relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

at least 8 years of experience in PR and communications
managed a team with direct oversight for at least 2 years
understanding of integrated communications, including social media, creative, and brand integration
strong writing skills
entrepreneurial and agile mindset
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
accountable and organized
