About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations
- documented track record of executing campaigns from strategy to completion
- confidence in conducting outreach to high-level talent reps
- awareness of latest trends across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- ability to translate complex brand messages into clear social briefs or creator pitches
- high emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- strong research and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- determination to exceed expectations
