About the role

  • Executing comprehensive communications strategies.
  • Producing clear, persuasive content, including messaging, media pitches, event submissions, awards submissions.
  • Regularly delivering new opportunities for clients, including media coverage and key introductions.
  • Partnering with senior managers to complete deliverables for a full roster of clients.
  • Developing a trusting relationship with clients.
  • Conducting thorough research on various topics and flagging relevant news updates.
  • Participating in new business meetings and creating proposals as needed.
  • Mentoring junior staff to help motivate and coach team members.
  • Responding to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Supporting administration of accounts including results reporting, agendas/recaps.

Requirements

  • at least 4 years working in PR, with a focus on corporate, technology and/or enterprise media relations
  • demonstrated success in securing top-tier press placements
  • strong writing skills – persuasive, concise, creative, and quick
  • strategic thinker, brings new ideas to the table
  • strong decision-making abilities and accountability
  • innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
