About the role
- Support enterprise network infrastructure and identity services within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
- Focus on network deployments, troubleshooting, security enhancements, and identity-based networking initiatives such as SD-WAN and PKI
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
- Support routers, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity services
- Monitor and resolve network and connectivity issues
- Provide support for Windows-based systems and mobile devices
- Manage and resolve tickets in the support system
- Support SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
- Create and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation
- Work with cross-functional IT and business teams
- Travel to field offices for installations and support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
- 5+ years of experience with switches, wireless access points installation & troubleshooting
- 5+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
- Strong experience with network documentation and diagrams
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
