About the role

  • Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP applications
  • Work across multiple SAP modules including HCM, Time Management, Payroll, and more
  • Analyze system requirements and develop configured solutions
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Provide end-to-end SAP support including analysis, development, testing, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • 7+ Years of experience in SAP HCM
  • 5+ years of SAP HCM ABAP development experience
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Ready
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Portal technologies
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/PI)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
