About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation
Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs
Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads
Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM tool
Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
Excellent communication and teamwork skills needed to partner cross-functionally when addressing customer needs
Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
