About the role
- Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
- Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation
- Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers
- Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
- Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
