About the role

  • Assist in designing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered tools for web data extraction and process automation
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to troubleshoot and improve data collection and automation performance
  • Place and receive phone calls as part of data validation, process verification, or operational support
  • Accurately document work progress and report issues to team leads
  • Follow established processes and adapt to evolving workflows
  • Maintain data quality and confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Entry-level position; no prior experience required
  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
  • Personal computer (desktop or laptop) capable of running modern web tools
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Working headset and microphone for phone calls and team communication
  • Interest in AI, automation, or web data extraction/process building (Preferred)
  • Basic familiarity with building AI prompts, working with website structures (HTML/CSS), or implementing automation code (e.g., Playwright) (Preferred)
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, or technical tools (Preferred)
  • Previous experience working remotely or on a small team (Preferred)
