About the role
- Assist in designing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered tools for web data extraction and process automation
- Work collaboratively with a small team to troubleshoot and improve data collection and automation performance
- Place and receive phone calls as part of data validation, process verification, or operational support
- Accurately document work progress and report issues to team leads
- Follow established processes and adapt to evolving workflows
- Maintain data quality and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Personal computer (desktop or laptop) capable of running modern web tools
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Working headset and microphone for phone calls and team communication
- Interest in AI, automation, or web data extraction/process building (Preferred)
- Basic familiarity with building AI prompts, working with website structures (HTML/CSS), or implementing automation code (e.g., Playwright) (Preferred)
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, or technical tools (Preferred)
- Previous experience working remotely or on a small team (Preferred)
