About the role
- You will own the prioritized Data & AI roadmap, organized around three pillars: scaling providers, automating patient support, and empowering internal teams with AI-powered tooling.
- You will lead the design and rollout of AI features across the product and operations stack.
- You will build and maintain the documentation layer that allows the team to scale without losing context.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent on AI/ML products in production — not just prototypes.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based systems, evaluation frameworks, and the practical challenges of deploying generative AI at scale in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in experimentation, metrics, and data-informed prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
