About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will own the prioritized Data & AI roadmap, organized around three pillars: scaling providers, automating patient support, and empowering internal teams with AI-powered tooling.
You will lead the design and rollout of AI features across the product and operations stack.
You will build and maintain the documentation layer that allows the team to scale without losing context.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent on AI/ML products in production — not just prototypes.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based systems, evaluation frameworks, and the practical challenges of deploying generative AI at scale in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
Strong analytical mindset with fluency in experimentation, metrics, and data-informed prioritization.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
