About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles including RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.
Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role expectations and timelines.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Execute recruiting priorities and requisitions as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
Build relationships with universities, training programs, and industry networks.
Proactively recruit for future staffing needs and growth initiatives.
Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to support and execute recruiting strategy aligned with organizational growth and staffing priorities.
Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
Support hiring initiatives for new markets, clinic launches, and high-volume hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding status, timelines, and next steps.
Promote Sunrise ABA’s mission, culture, and growth opportunities.

Excellent communication skills - in person, by phone and in writing.
Excellent presentation skills, ability to lead training via webinars or in-person to large groups.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask efficiently.
