Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles including RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role expectations and timelines.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Execute recruiting priorities and requisitions as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Build relationships with universities, training programs, and industry networks.
• Proactively recruit for future staffing needs and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to support and execute recruiting strategy aligned with organizational growth and staffing priorities.
• Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
• Support hiring initiatives for new markets, clinic launches, and high-volume hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate clearly with candidates regarding status, timelines, and next steps.
• Promote Sunrise ABA’s mission, culture, and growth opportunities.
