About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and administer Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and maintain Flows (automation flows), pipelines, forms, lists and reports, fields and automations.
  • Support implementation and platform evolution projects for the CRM.
  • Ensure configurations are aligned with business needs and Salesforce best practices.
  • Conduct recurring meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and track deliverables.
  • Act consultatively to identify opportunities to improve sales and relationship processes.
  • Provide functional support to platform users, answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Ensure organization, standardization and quality of information recorded in the CRM.
  • Monitor the integrity of databases, fields and records.
  • Support initiatives for data cleansing, enrichment and governance.
  • Document processes, flows, configurations and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for operational optimization.
  • Support the creation of playbooks and training materials.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, flow building, content generation and operational optimization.
  • Explore new AI capabilities available in Salesforce and complementary tools.
  • Propose improvements using automation and artificial intelligence to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Processes or related fields.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Configuration of Flows (automation flows).
  • Lists and reports.
  • Forms.
  • Pipelines.
  • Fields.
  • Automations.
  • CRM governance.
  • Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Salesforce certifications (a plus).
  • Knowledge of integrations via API (a plus).
  • Basic SQL (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of RevOps (a plus).
  • Knowledge of automation and process optimization (a plus).
  • Experience with Zapier, Make or n8n (a plus).
  • Experience using Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity) for productivity and automation (a plus).
