About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI initiatives technically within Suno
- Design architectures using LLMs, agents, and intelligent automations
- Integrate AI with internal systems and products
- Build intelligent data pipelines
- Automate relevant operational processes
- Rapidly prototype solutions (hands-on)
- Define standards and best practices for AI usage
- Serve as a technical point of reference for the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Experience with APIs and distributed systems
- Knowledge of databases and cloud
- Ability to work end-to-end (vision + execution)
- Ownership mindset and results-oriented
- Strong curiosity and continuous learning
- Practical day-to-day use of AI (not just theory)
- You'll stand out if you have:
- Experience with LangChain or agent frameworks
- Experience with AI products in production
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with observability
- Track record of process automation with measurable impact
