About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, deeply understanding team needs and shaping hiring strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
- Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing and network-driven outreach
- Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
- Bring an operator mindset to improving recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals
- Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy and calibrate searches
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
- A thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent
- Interest in building processes—not just executing against them
- Passion for music and creative technology is a plus
