About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute Inbound Marketing strategies focused on generating qualified leads for the consultancy;
- Build, optimize and manage relationship journeys within the CRM (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud);
- Ensure that leads delivered to the commercial/sales team are properly qualified, tagged and prioritized;
- Create and evolve multichannel communication cadences (email, WhatsApp, push) focused on conversion;
- Develop persuasive copy for campaigns, flows and communications;
- Create lead scoring and segmentation structures to prioritize outreach;
- Continuously monitor and optimize the qualified leads database inside the CRM;
- Work closely with the sales team to understand objections, improve approaches and increase conversion;
- Create campaign and journey calendars, aligning content, timing and investor context;
- Track funnel metrics (generation, qualification, activation and conversion) and propose ongoing improvements;
- Prepare briefs and, when necessary, also execute parts of layouts and creative assets together with the team (or independently).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in the financial market (Advisory, Wealth Management or Investment Consulting);
- Solid experience with Inbound Marketing and lead management;
- Proficiency in Salesforce (especially Marketing Cloud) and/or HubSpot;
- Experience with marketing automation, segmentation and lead scoring;
- Ability to design complex, conversion-oriented journeys;
- Strong sales-oriented copywriting skills;
- Analytical profile, with data-driven decision making;
- Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day work to improve productivity;
- Hands-on mindset, autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.
