About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make proactive contact with generated leads, conducting strategic conversations to convert them into new customers.
  • Maintain recurring contact with current and former customers, handling renewals, upgrades, cross-sell and upsell negotiations.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads and interested customers, ensuring progress through the sales funnel until closing.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer questions, requests and occasional needs, ensuring agility and accuracy in interactions.
  • Record all interactions in detail in the CRM system, tracking the progress of negotiations, requests and performance indicators.
  • Interact with customers by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and online chat, adapting the approach according to the customer’s profile and needs.
  • Meet sales, renewal and relationship targets, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics and efficient service.
  • Present results periodically in follow-up meetings (Gerot) and prepare action plans for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (and enjoys interacting with people!).
  • Consultative profile focused on long-term relationship building.
  • Organized to manage a pipeline and disciplined with follow-ups.
  • Proactive, resilient and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of the financial market.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, Monday to Saturday, based in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
