About the role
- Make proactive contact with generated leads, conducting strategic conversations to convert them into new customers.
- Maintain recurring contact with current and former customers, handling renewals, upgrades, cross-sell and upsell negotiations.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads and interested customers, ensuring progress through the sales funnel until closing.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer questions, requests and occasional needs, ensuring agility and accuracy in interactions.
- Record all interactions in detail in the CRM system, tracking the progress of negotiations, requests and performance indicators.
- Interact with customers by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and online chat, adapting the approach according to the customer’s profile and needs.
- Meet sales, renewal and relationship targets, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics and efficient service.
- Present results periodically in follow-up meetings (Gerot) and prepare action plans for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (and enjoys interacting with people!).
- Consultative profile focused on long-term relationship building.
- Organized to manage a pipeline and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Proactive, resilient and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of the financial market.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, Monday to Saturday, based in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
