About the role

  • Conduct strategic meetings with qualified leads daily;
  • Assess financial profiles and provide allocation guidance;
  • Convert opportunities into active clients;
  • Build and develop your own client portfolio;
  • Ensure excellence in first contact and onboarding;
  • Maintain close, consultative relationships with clients;
  • Record and track interactions in the CRM;
  • Participate in intensive training and hands-on follow-up with specialists;
  • Progress to a fully consultative role as your portfolio develops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong commercial profile with a solid technical foundation;
  • Previous experience with investor clients or financial products;
  • Proven track record in conversion, prospecting, or portfolio building;
  • Persuasive, natural communicator;
  • Quick thinker and confident in strategic conversations;
  • Relationship-oriented and results-driven;
  • Genuine interest in consultative sales and business development.
  • CEA certification (mandatory);
  • Experience as an Investment Advisor;
  • Consistent record of meeting sales targets;
  • Good understanding of the capital markets, with focus on equities, real estate investment funds (REITs), fixed income, and asset allocation;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language;
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and results focus;
  • Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the team's and company's success.
