About the role

  • Develop and execute the Influencer Marketing plan aligned with growth objectives.
  • Map and prospect strategic influencers (finance, business, economics, entrepreneurship and adjacent creators).
  • Define selection criteria with a focus on brand fit, audience quality and conversion potential.
  • Lead negotiations with influencers and agencies, ensuring sustainable, performance-oriented agreements.
  • Manage timelines, briefs, deliverables and approvals.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic creators.
  • Track KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion rate and engagement.
  • Produce analytical reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Test new formats and channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, newsletters, among others).
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Suno's tone of voice.
  • Ensure clear, transparent and responsible communication with investors.
  • Monitor trends in the creator economy.
  • Use tools and Artificial Intelligence to scale efforts and generate intelligence.
  • Propose structured tests to improve efficiency and expand results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Influencer Marketing or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the marketing funnel and acquisition metrics.
  • Experience in the financial market, financial education or info products (infoproducts).
  • Knowledge of paid media and attribution.
  • Experience with creator marketplace platforms.
  • Experience with growth marketing.
