About the role
- Create banners and visual assets for paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels) and institutional/corporate websites;
- Develop and implement conversion-focused landing pages in partnership with Growth and Copy teams;
- Create corporate and sales presentations, ensuring clarity, sophistication and alignment with brand positioning;
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of campaigns, ensuring consistency with defined creative concepts;
- Create and evolve the Brand Book and Brand Guidelines, ensuring visual standardization across all materials;
- Ensure correct application of the visual identity across different campaigns, channels and advertising formats;
- Collaborate with the paid media team to optimize creatives and run continuous A/B tests on creatives and landing pages based on performance;
- Manage and coordinate design and video freelancers as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating: landing pages and creatives for Facebook Ads and Google Ads;
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar);
- Ability to work collaboratively with copywriters and paid media teams;
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Preferred:
- Ability to interpret data to drive creative optimization;
- Basic knowledge of video editing;
- Experience in the financial market and/or with high-ticket products;
- Experience producing high-end corporate and sales presentations;
- Experience managing freelancers.
