Requirements

- Experience managing the full software product lifecycle

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Strong advanced English communication skills
- Proven experience supporting triage processes, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
- Experience with data-heavy products, API-first solutions, or data-driven platforms is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
