About the role
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Design and develop business architectures that align with clients strategic goals
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance
- Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions
- Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that elevate our delivery capabilities
- Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics
- Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs
- Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies
- Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization
- Skilled at facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision maker who quantifies business value and ROI
- Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into actionable solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
- Databricks certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate) preferred.
- Business process modeling and analysis preferred.
- Data, AI, and governance strategy development and implementation preferred.
- Project management and leadership preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen preferred.
