About the role

  • Revenue Ownership: You are responsible for all new business and optimize the sales funnel for enterprise and mid-market customers to achieve our ambitious growth targets (300% ARR increase).
  • Scalable Playbooks: You develop and implement sales structures that enable scaling the team to over 100 employees – from the DACH region to Europe-wide expansion.
  • Strategic Leadership: You lead and develop our sales leaders, promote a consultative sales culture, and ensure consistent performance across all levels (AEs & BDRs).
  • Data-Driven Excellence: You establish transparent forecasting and reporting structures that serve as the foundation for our strategic decisions and board meetings.
  • Market Presence: Together with our CEO, you represent Sunhat as a thought leader on panels and at trade shows, driving our vision forward in the market.

Requirements

  • Scaling Experience: You have demonstrable experience guiding a B2B SaaS company through Series B (or a comparable growth phase) and successfully scaling the sales organization.
  • Leadership Track Record: You have substantial experience leading multi-tiered teams and know how to foster a culture of high performance and mutual respect.
  • Enterprise DNA: You have a strong track record closing complex enterprise deals and are comfortable navigating multi-stage decision processes at the C-level.
  • Expansion Expertise: You have been operationally and strategically responsible for GTM strategies in the DACH region and for international expansion across Europe.
  • Ownership & Vision: You are passionate about building businesses, think like an entrepreneur, and want to make sustainability the standard through smart software.
