About the role
- Manage and develop strategic customer relationships in Germany and other DACH countries
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, manage tendering processes, and negotiate contracts for PV and BESS solutions
- Provide essential technical input from initial project assessment through to technical and economic feasibility
- Monitor market and competitor activities, providing insightful reports and relevant information
- Identify market potential and establish PV and ESS technical specifications in accordance with European regulations and international standards
- Collaborate closely with HQ and local technical teams, ensuring regular updates on product information, training, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Possess a technical or engineering educational background
- Bring at least five years of sales experience within a technical environment
- Ability to sell comprehensive solutions rather than just products
- Strong project management capabilities
- Willing and able to undertake business travel up to three or four days a week
- Excellent command of English (C1), with German and Chinese proficiency considered a plus
