About the role
- Interface between customers and Sungrow
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for customers
- Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, including upgrades or rework activities
- Support Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services
- Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined and documented
- Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for service contracts and agreements
Requirements
- Educated as an electrical technician or engineer
- Understanding of AC/DC and low/medium voltage electrical wiring
- Fluency in Polish and English at least C1 level
- Readiness to work on call
- Experience in commercial and residential solutions
- Experience with battery solutions beneficial
- Experience in dealing with customers in critical situations
- Willingness to travel
- Driving license
- Ideally live close to Warsaw (preferred, not required)
