Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives: establishment of new subsidiary, manufacturing localization, software subsidiary build-out, and cross-functional compliance programs
Develop and maintain master project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers aligned with HQ and local leadership
Serve as central coordination point between HQ, EU subsidiaries, and external partners (law firms, consulting firms, industrial partners, government agencies)
Facilitate effective communication across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Production, Product, and Marketing
Coordinate with internal legal team and external law firms to ensure operational compliance in employment structuring and governance frameworks
Align HR structures to ensure compliant labor contracts and local workforce integration
Maintain structured documentation of key decisions, risks, and next steps; provide bi-weekly project updates and leadership reports
Requirements
Proven track record in project management or operations (experience with international expansion preferred)
Background in legal and/or finance strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English
Proficiency in project management tools and strong documentation/reporting ability
