About the role
- Responsibility for the entire application lifecycle
- Ensure stability, security and performance of operations
- Advise internal stakeholders on application-related questions
- Design solutions together with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate interfaces in alignment with IT architects, project teams and business units
- Manage external service providers and monitor their performance
- Drive the strategic development of the application landscape
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities
Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in a comparable IT environment
- Certifications such as ITIL v4 or in project management are a plus
- Knowledge of IT architecture and integration concepts
- Experience managing external service providers and in contract management
- Basic knowledge of automation and digitalization tools
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
- High service orientation and strong customer focus
