About the role
- Establish and optimize the value chain at Sunfire
- Responsible for continuous improvement and customer-driven qualification
- Diverse responsibilities in quality management (supply chain management, serial production, product development)
- Design and implementation of strategic quality initiatives for product safety management
- Develop and implement the strategy for product conformity and safety
- Provide structured training and lead by example to implement processes
- Build, further develop, and provide technical leadership for a quality management team
- Advance and harmonize quality processes across the company
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a natural science)
- Extensive leadership experience in quality management or a technical role
- Solid knowledge of quality processes (research & development, engineering, customer projects)
- Experience with CE conformity assessment procedures according to EU directives
- Experience in supplier quality management and handling quality agreements
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Open attitude toward innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- High initiative, decisiveness, and leadership competency
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
