About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution and coordination of the AI Literacy Initiative.
Maintain the Filmmaker Toolkit and Grants & Resources sections of the site.
Coordinate the Community Leaders program, while providing support.
Support community moderation efforts by upholding the Community Agreement and Code of Conduct.
Track and report on community engagement trends, preparing reports for leadership review.
Help coordinate relationships and communications with academic institutions and partners.
Manage the Collab support and course inboxes, ensuring a solution-oriented approach.
Help triage support requests and document recurring issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of experience supporting digital customer service, online communities, partnerships, program coordination, or related operational work.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of digital platforms, Zoom, Asana, AirTable, Discord, and the Google Suite; proficiency with ZohoDesk and Stripe is a plus.
Knowledge of the film and television industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities with attention to detail.
A commitment to providing an inclusive, welcoming community experience.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
