About the role
- Gain hands-on experience working alongside our Internal teams to support the execution of integrated communications campaigns
- Assist with integrated communications programs that span media relations, events, and content-driven storytelling
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution, contribute creative ideas, and gain hands-on experience in how multiple communication channels work together to strengthen brand presence
- Support event planning and execution while assisting with press initiatives and influencer activations
- Keep timelines organized and deliverables moving forward
- Assist with drafting media pitches, press releases, briefing documents, and internal communications materials under the guidance of senior team members
- Conduct media research and help build, update, and maintain targeted media and influencer lists
- Monitor media coverage and social channels, tracking placements and flagging relevant mentions to the team
- Stay up to date on cultural trends, media movements, and industry news
- Support reporting efforts by helping gather data, compile coverage, and assist with monthly or campaign recap reports
- Maintain organization across trackers, calendars, and PR tools to ensure accurate and timely updates
- Collaborate closely with teammates across PR, social, and influencer teams to gain exposure to fully integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- Finishing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience through internships or school projects)
- Previous internship, academic, or volunteer experience in PR, communications, marketing, or media is an asset—but not required
- Curiosity and motivation matter most
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in learning how to craft effective media pitches and PR materials
- A collaborative team player who’s reliable, proactive, and eager to support teammates wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excited to learn how an agency operates day to day
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Passionate about pop culture, media, and storytelling, with a strong interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands
- Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and building a future in PR, influencer marketing, and integrated communications.
