About the role

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from content ideation and contract negotiation to timeline management and final delivery.
  • Utilize comprehensive performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, including, among many others, return on investment (ROI), engagement rates, reach, and impressions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, influencer selection, and campaign approaches, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Develop detailed post-campaign reports, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement and future campaigns.
  • Analyze influencer content and audience demographics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, adhering to budget constraints while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor influencer content during campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and overall brand representation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering long-term collaborations that benefit both the brand and the influencer.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Review and approve all influencer-generated content, ensuring it complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Between 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing within an agency setting, managing both retainer and one-off clients.
  • Proven ability to create and implement influencer marketing strategies with a strong understanding of the entire campaign workflow.
  • Expertise in data analysis with the ability to interpret deep performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Professional-level proficiency in French and English, or full bilingualism, is a fantastic bonus!
  • Thorough experience in creating comprehensive campaign reports that summarize key metrics, offer insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong skills in managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies, and maximizing ROI.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with paid media strategies, SEO, SEM, and integrating influencer content into broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience working with specific influencer marketing platforms such as Traackr or Upfluence is an asset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and clients.
