• Lead government relations in Ontario and contribute to federal government relations through management of relationships, development and execution of GR plans and related materials, identification and management of issues, and research and development of policy.
• Develop plans, briefing notes, and position papers for key issues, initiatives, or opportunities.
• Collaborate with government and other stakeholders to develop policy options and inform policy development.
• Provide strategic counsel and support to senior company leaders across a wide range of businesses and issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners and associations on key issues and opportunities.
• Work collaboratively as a member of the government relations team and support Director of Government Relations on key files as required.
