About the role

  • Collaborate with French business stakeholders to identify and qualify business processes for automation, analyze complexity and feasibility
  • Prepare and present budget estimates, effort assessments, and implementation timelines for automation candidates
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath based on approved process definitions
  • Conduct unit testing and coordinate end-to-end testing and validation with French stakeholders
  • Document technical design, configuration, and user instructions
  • Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for deployed bots and handle exceptions
  • Maintain version control and keep documentation up to date

Requirements

  • From 3 to 8 years of experience in IT or automation roles
  • At least 2 years in RPA development using UiPath
  • Proficient in UiPath Studio
  • Proficient in UiPath Orchestrator
  • Automation best practices (UiPath Certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of functional and technical aspects of process automation
  • Familiar with process mapping, business workflows, and automation architecture
  • Familiarity with complementary tools such as OCR, AI/ML modules, or process discovery platforms (plus)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French
  • Experience working with international teams, especially with French organizations
  • Ability to work independently
  • In-office work in Hanoi, Vietnam (role is in-office)
