  • Support high-priority campaigns across Dental, Auto, and Platform, driving measurable impact for each business line.
  • Develop scalable partner marketing materials (toolkits, one-pagers, co-branded assets) and lead marketing-led partner campaigns.

  • Manage always-on Sunbeast campaigns, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and continuous optimization based on real-time data.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce ongoing reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Define and manage content distribution plans, monitor asset adoption, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management, enabling smooth execution across multiple projects and teams.
  • Own marketing calendars, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring visibility and alignment across all initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in campaign marketing, lifecycle marketing, or integrated marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or B2B2C environments.
  • Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end—from intake and scoping through execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable strongly preferred), including email builds, journey creation, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency across channels.
  • Experience supporting multi-vertical or multi-product marketing strategies, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and business needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, surface insights, and translate results into actionable optimizations.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Strategy, Account Management, Operations, and external partners.
  • Experience developing scalable marketing assets such as partner toolkits, one-pagers, and co-branded materials.
