About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support reconciliation processes and control measures within Trade Operations for SLC Management
- Identify issues in data and processes related to reconciliations and controls
- Propose basic solutions to operational challenges in the reconciliation process
- Prepare accurate reports on reconciliation activities
- Complete assigned reconciliation tasks efficiently
- Recognize basic connections between reconciliation operations and business goals
- Communicate issues to immediate team members
- Assist in troubleshooting basic reconciliation issues
- Identify discrepancies in financial data during reconciliation processes
- Support process improvement initiatives for reconciliation and control processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in investment operations, reconciliations, or a related area
- Foundational understanding of investment operations, reconciliation processes, and their impact on business objectives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
