About the role
- Conduct quality reviews focusing on case management principles for assigned disability claims files
- Complete audit functions on the lifecycle of a disability claim
- Review new claim decisions to assure quality
- Provide feedback on evaluation and suggestions for improvement
- Remain current on Group Life and Disability practices
Requirements
- Must have Long Term Disability Claims Management experience 3-5 years
- Experience in auditing, sampling and reconciliation
- Knowledge of Organizational Effectiveness, Group Benefits and understanding of GB strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingualism (French, English for Quebec only) required due to frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners
