About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage new issue benefit communications as directed in their designated territory
Provide leadership and direction for all benefit communications fulfillment in a defined market
Collaborate with sales and marketing in support of finalist presentations
Advise on all aspects of benefit communication and enrollment strategies for the Client
Engage Sales Reps, Brokers and Clients in conversations to determine the most effective way to enroll, onboard and administer their employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School degree required; College Degree preferred
3-5 years of employee benefits insurance experience preferred
Licensed in Life and Health or ability to obtain a license within 3 months of hire
Bi-lingual skills would be beneficial
