About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Senior Lean Solutions Consultants, Agile leaders, and business project leads to conduct analysis on business requests with a focus on processes, systems, and technical requirements
- Support process documentation and creation of process maps using tools such as MS Visio, Miro, and Confluence
- Identify, document, and analyze business requirements that support process improvement and the development of technical solutions
- Facilitate meetings, monitor team metrics, and track work items in Jira and Confluence
- Participate in meetings with business partners, vendors, leaders, and team members to ensure continuous improvement and quality delivery
- Support lean and agile team members in conducting meaningful analysis using data to draw conclusions and make practical recommendations for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain working relationships with members of the IT team and business partners
- Provide additional support during lean and agile projects as requested by Senior Consultants and/or Directors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sound problem-solving skills with a proactive, inquisitive, and independent approach
- Comfortable with data analysis and related data activities
- Experience in process mapping, process documentation
- Facilitation skills with the ability to guide and manage group discussions
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Owner's mindset: capable of owning and driving work and taking responsibility for finding solutions
- Nice to have: Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
- Consulting background is an asset
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Leadership skills including presentation, networking, and representing the department at events
