Key responsibilities & impact

Provide engaging on-site and remote training to new and existing staff for the Disability Payment and Claims Establishment teams
Establish strong working relationships with your business partners to assess training needs
Conduct needs analyses to help determine appropriate training solutions
Design engaging training material and maintain its currency in accordance with changing business practices
Measure learner progress using appropriate testing, assessments, and evaluations
Conduct quality reviews of production tasks to ensure accuracy and understanding while providing actionable feedback

What you’ll need

Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required for Quebec
Disability Payment and/or Claims Establishment (Admin) experience and subject matter expertise
Advanced skill in the Microsoft product suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment and prioritize effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proven self-starter who is resourceful and curious
