About the role
- Responsible for the intake and resolution of inquiries related to leave of absence and disability
- Develop and maintain relationships with executives and staff
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as payroll, HR, and benefits departments
- Act as the point of contact for Client leave administration
- Proactively share insights regarding leave administration and disability coverage
- Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis to improve Client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree with 2+ years of related work experience
- Strong computer skills and excellent data entry skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience administering FMLA/other leave/absence management programs
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Thorough understanding of contract provisions and administrative policies and procedures
- Experience in developing materials to support a smooth leave of absence process
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing Client needs
