About the role
- Report to the Director, HNW FP&A and be accountable for deliverables associated with management reporting and annual financial planning for the High-Net-Worth business
- Monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, business and strategic plan, and ad hoc financial initiatives
- Work closely with different functions of the business across various geographies
- Focus on New Business profitability as well as Singapore and Hong Kong HNW results
Requirements
- Experience with IFRS 17 and LICAT
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Prior experience with Life insurance products considered a large plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate actuarial concepts to a finance perspective
- Willingness to work unusual hours from time to time, due to Sun Life offices within other time zones
