About the role
- Manage 1 Senior Financial Analyst
- Preparation and review of FP&A packages including P&L analysis, financial forecasts, and business plans
- Evaluate financial performance and provide insightful management reporting
- Collaborate with teams for forecasts and results analysis
- Ensure content and delivery of financial reporting packages are timely
- Drive projects supporting strategic initiatives and financial analysis
- Identify and implement best practices and tools for finance modernization
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Experience with SAP and Oracle General Ledger financial reporting hierarchies
- 5+ years of analytical experience
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred but not required
- Prior staff management experience
