About the role
- Provide crucial research and analytics support to our leadership, focusing on emerging trends in Generative AI and Data Visualization
- Understand the current QE Analytics framework, research Generative BI trends and optimize for end-user consumption and operationalization
- Provide support on POCs for new technology and tooling that can bring innovation and speed to Quality Engineering Analytics and Shift-Right testing practices
- Work collaboratively with multiple technology teams to support existing/ new initiatives and drive expected outcomes
Requirements
- Enrolled in Computer Science or Engineering with education or experience in business management OR enrolled in Business Management with education or experience in Computer Science or Engineering
- Demonstrated interest in Quality Engineering for Automation / DevOps and Data & Analytics
- Excellent MS Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting and visualization plus good MS PowerPoint skills
- Confidence in positioning thoughts, sharing findings and recommendations with seasoned team members
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Foundational knowledge in database technologies and programming knowledge in SQL, Java and/or Python
- Familiarity with AWS foundations
- Knowledge of AWS technologies such as Glue, RedShift, Lambda, EC2
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and work processes
