💰 CA$105,000 - CA$180,000 per year
About the role
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation across Distribution and Channel Management (D&CM).
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to implement sustainable channel growth through enhanced advisor and Client processes and capabilities.
- Identify, analyze and implement strategic operational improvement initiatives across D&CM value streams.
- Lead cross-channel client movement program and develop/implement D&CM Client Segmentation strategy to improve productivity and Client experience.
- Act as Distribution lead for SLF Advisor Benefits plan and Errors and Omissions insurance; accountable for SLFD Clients in Motion program.
- Lead SLFD Service Improvement forum and support regional leadership teams with expense management analysis and insights.
- Manage key partnerships with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Distribution Compensation, RA&S Digital Enterprise and other business units.
- Manage direct reports, coach and develop team members, and facilitate workshops and working sessions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, process improvement, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, service, and cost savings.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and working at the executive level.
- University degree in Business or Operations preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing operational teams; people management and coaching.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, change management and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Solid project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Regular presence required at Toronto One York and/or Waterloo King offices.
