About the role
- Act as key contact for external client's outsourced group benefits administration services (AdminPlus)
- Plan and execute ongoing administration management of new and existing AdminPlus clients
- Develop member communication strategies and provide input to customized forms, letters and communication materials
- Document administrative processes for supporting admin operations team and establish evolving workflows, training, QA
- Partner with AdminPlus customer care centre and work with implementation team for new client installations
- Analyze trends, issues and successes across the portfolio and ensure client's data integrity
- Utilize project management methodology for annual events (re-enrolments, new client installations) and mass mailings
- Manage Plan Sponsor inquiries across all mediums; provide initial and ongoing support and training
- Provide Member education and support (face to face, written and verbal); interact through employee life cycle events
- Consult with business partners on communication, legal, contracts, compliance and IT; build, test and create processes
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required
- 5 years client relationship management experience
- Proficiency with data management tools such as Excel
- Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize and problem solve
- Ability to work with some degree of flexibility to manage continually changing priorities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Positive attitude, commitment to quality service, and ability to cope with stress inherent in multitasking and meeting client deadlines
- Strong team player, with high interest in working in cross-functional team environment
- Unique requirement: Overtime may be required as dictated by work
- Assets: Group Benefits administration knowledge; Flex Benefits knowledge; HR benefits administration system knowledge; knowledge of methodologies and techniques for participating in workshops and testing deliverables; knowledge of SLF systems (OASIS, GBA & Member Enrolment Web applications, Chess, SIEBEL and Genesis)
