About the role
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and dependency tracking
- Coordinate activities across business units and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of project milestones by required timelines
- Organize and facilitate meetings
- Manage change impacts and transitions
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and interdependencies
- Track and report on project performance, and readiness metrics
- Support post implementation stabilization and handover to business owners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience, including leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in regulated or matrixed environments
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc).
- Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities.
